In early August the Professional Women’s Association of Moldova with the generous support of the GNRC held a Sports Contest. The purpose of this Sports Contest was logical and physical development of children health. Our activity in this year are the generic “From heart to heart”.
Several children from poorest families came for to participate in the competitions. Different sporting events were organized, for example: badminton competition; checkers competition; chess competition; competition in football, volleyball and other evidence.
About 350 children showed interest in participating actively in Sports Contest. The age of the children ranged from 10 years to 16 years. At the end of activities each child received sweets, supplies and diplomas.So, Association provided these children with different aid (clothes, supplies, books, toys, etc, etc). As supporters, they were colleagues, teachers, school doctors, representatives of the rayon of education, culture and research.
