The international contest took place on the 15th of July 2017 in Podgoritsa, Montenegro. BPW Moldova participated at this contest with the national winner, Boiar Group. The aim of this contest is to promote friendly attitude toward employees and to show how this attitude influences the growth and success of the company.All participants were very strong and showed unique instruments they use to support their employees and their families. These examples were appreciated and will be implemented by other companies in different countries.
Maria Gateva from Macedonia spoke about the 5th anniversary of the contest and about its growth. This year the project welcomed a new country, Ukraine. Business ladies and representatives of state governance discussed the women’s role in international business, the evaluation of women’s role in the 21st century, multitasking activity of women, stress, responsibilities, personal and professional life, women’s role in traditional culture and many others.
The President of BPW Moldova, Angela Chicu spoke about the difficulties and obstacles met by women in our country. “We really have very friendly relations with all of you, and I’d like to mention the special role of Evelina Parvanova and Anna Kirilova, you succeed in bringing us together”, mentioned Angela Chicu.By the end of the first part of the meeting all the participants made an exchange of opinions regarding the happy and successful families. The President of BPW Moldova, Angela Chicu, told that education starts when a new family is created, both partners should do everything together: they work together and relax together. Staka Dudvarski from Serbia agreed and mentioned the mother’s role in education of a boy. There should be a partnership between a man and a woman and this is educated from childhood.
Maria Galtseva spoke about the negative role of traditions, because girls are often discriminated in a family with many children. Boys become inheritors but girls take care of old parents.The second part of the conference was dedicated to the participants at the contest The Most Family Friendly Company. The Moldovan Company Boiar Group was presented by Olga Andreev. And finally were announced the winners: the Roumanian typography and Macedonian hotel.
This conference and the international contest was a big step in consolidation of relationships between the representatives of different countries, was a source of inspiration and professional growth.
