In this project (which during from February to October, 2019 ), we set out to take over the Estonian experience from organizations which we already know and expand the network as the case maybe in order to learn how to promote self made products and educate women in creating their own brand and position themselves on the market with a superior, high value product. We created and opened a production facility.
Practically we started of zero, but our motivation was that we had the good mentors from Estonia, we were insistent and got success. We learned new skills and we will promote a successful, sustainable and innovative business idea. All this thanks to the generous support of Ministry of Foreign Affairs from Estonia and good mentors from Estonian NGO network. We invited Estonian women to enhance and strengthen the international network of Estonian organizations in Moldova which contributes to experience exchange and knowledge transfer and job creation. For example, Sirje Vallmann represented NGO ETNA Estonia (www.fem.ee). Is women alliance, who supports development of small scale enterprises and female entrepreneurship in all regions of Estonia. Association also helps to improve image and vitality of rural life, to balance the gap development between urban and rural areas and to promote gender equality in society. Another NGO represented by Anne-Mari Rannamae is QUIN-Estonia (www.quinest.ee). This women’s organization promoting innovation in Estonia and have partnership with international innovation network. So Virve Transtok, presented his own experience in Entrepreneurship in Rakvere. She is teacher in business school. So, Elle Allik presented Pandivere Center experience, from north rural Estonia . During the seminar in Moldova we listened different very useful presentation in the field. We discussed about creating an additional source of income; diversifying of occupations in the rural areas; educating households about branding and marketing strategies for high quality, niche products; introducing and promoting women entrepreneurship, process own raw material into jams; bringing awareness about market segmentation and differentiation and introducing innovation in the value chain and production process. We organized exhibition with handmade production . We created good partnership relationships for future collaboration. So, implementation of this Project the experience will be shared and replicated. It is project of the long-term impact.
