On August 26, 2026, BPW Moldova celebrated the 96th anniversary of BPW Day, bringing together members of the association for an intensive, engaging, and interactive day dedicated to the values, history, and spirit of the BPW community.
The program began with a presentation on the significance of BPW Day and its importance for members of Business and Professional Women around the world.
As part of the celebration, BPW Moldova members visited the local museum in Molovata Nouă, Dubăsari, where they discovered fascinating details about the history of the region, the lives of local people, and the challenges they have faced throughout different periods of history.
The day continued with a ferry trip along the Dniester River, offering participants an opportunity to enjoy the natural landscape and discover the local flora and fauna. The group also visited an observation point with an impressive panoramic view across the Dniester and the surrounding area.
On the way back, BPW Moldova members stopped at the Dubăsari Hydroelectric Power Plant, adding another interesting experience to an already eventful program.
The celebration combined learning, history, nature, communication, and shared experiences. It was a memorable BPW Day that strengthened connections between association members and provided another opportunity to celebrate the values and community that unite BPW Moldova.
