From June 5 to 7, 2026, BPW Moldova proudly represented BPW Europe at the European Women’s Lobby (EWL) Board Meeting and General Assembly held in Brussels, Belgium.
One of the key topics discussed during the event was the new European Women’s Lobby Strategic Framework for 2027–2031, which outlines the vision of a feminist Europe built on equality, human rights, and inclusive participation.
Participants also explored the findings of a recent project examining the impact of climate change on women. The discussions highlighted the importance of ensuring that climate policies fully consider women’s rights, health, economic opportunities, and participation in decision-making processes.
BPW Moldova’s participation reflects our continued commitment to advancing women’s rights, promoting gender equality, and strengthening cooperation across Europe.
