On the 2-3 February, 2018 in Chisinau took place the second edition of the training dedicated to women leadership.
The aim of this training was to inspire women to become leaders in their lives and career, to generate new ideas for the development of their businesses or for the new startups, as well as to practice new marketing skills.
The positive and inspiring atmosphere created good conditions for a productive synergy. All the participants were very active, the work in groups was very interesting and creative.
At the end of the training (trainers: Ester Eomois and Leena Kivisild) all participants received a homework, which is aimed on applying into practice of the received information.
This training showed how women from Moldova can cooperate together, create and realize new ideas. These 2 days changed the thinking and showed that we “can we choose to live in the front row, or the third row”.
