On 7-10 June, the delegation from Moldova, which included 8 representatives of BPW Moldova paid a 4-days visit to Tallinn, Estonia. During this visit our representativs visited different successful enterprises in Estonia, as well as the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova and the Consulate of RM in Estonia.

The program of the visit was extremely full and interesting. Young business ladies from Moldova discovered new horizons, new ideas and were very inspired by successful Estonian examples. The uniqueness and authenticity of Estonian business representatives impressed the guests from Moldova. Many of them mentioned that Estonian businessmen and women are passionate by their businesses, most of which were family businesses, and that they perfectly realize their ideas.

The positive attitude, open-heartedness of hosts, helped very much the guests to get in touch with the Estonian culture and traditions.

The last day of the visit was very important for BPW delegation, because they presented the Success Teams created by them. The Success Teams were created by the BPW members form Moldova as a result of the training “Women in Leadership Positions”. This training was organized by the Estonian representatives of BPW, and took place in November 2017 and February 2018. At the end of the training it was organized a contest of motivational letters and were selected the participants for the developing of the project “Success Team” and for presentation of their results in Tallinn.

The presentations of Success Team made by BPW Moldova members impressed the organizers of the training. They mentioned that they didn’t expect such results and supported the participants to continue their work in this direction.

The visit to Tallinn was very important for BPW Moldova members and opened new possibilities and made new contacts.
